Strategy · AI · Brand · Creative

Your team already uses AI. The way it works hasn't changed.

We audit how your marketing team works, then build the AI system that fits it: workflows, tools, roles and training. We also take on strategy and brand projects: positioning, rebrands and launches.

What we believe

AI can make more content than any team ever could. It can't give people a reason to buy. That part is still strategy.

When brands bring us in
A team that has AI tools but hasn't changed how it works.
A new head of marketing who needs a clear direction before the first 90 days are up.
A rebrand that needs its positioning settled before anyone opens a design file.
A launch in a new market, or a new product that has to find its place next to the brand.
Next year's plan, before the budget is locked.
What we do

Strategy is the work. It shows up in three places.

AI for marketing teams

Most teams added AI tools without changing how they work. We audit the team and its processes, then build a system that fits: workflows, tools, roles and training.

Brand

Positioning, messaging and the reason to buy, built from the market, the competition and what customers actually say.

Creative

Creative territories and concept directions a team can run with, for campaigns, content and video.

AI for marketing teams

We look at how the team works before we touch the tools.

  1. Audit

The team, the processes and where the hours go, starting with a one-day session.

  2. Proposal

Where AI pays off, and what has to change in the team and the processes.

  3. System

Workflows, custom tools and brand guidelines the tools can follow.

  4. Team

Adjusted roles and routines, and training on real tasks.

Strategy and brand projects

We read the market, the competitors and the customers, then write the brief.

Every project starts with three kinds of research. AI does the grunt work, and the judgment comes from years of making these calls, agency and client side. Most projects take weeks, not months.

  1. Market

    Where the category is heading.

  2. Competitors

What they run, what they all say, and the ground nobody has claimed.

  3. Customers

Why people buy, what stops them and the words they use.

  4. Opportunity

Where the brand can win. This part takes judgment.

  5. Direction

Two or three territories. You choose one, and we develop it.
